2. Services Description

AGK Trans provides professional truck dispatch services, including but not limited to load finding, rate negotiation, broker communication, paperwork assistance, and route planning. All dispatch services are provided on a per-load percentage fee basis. Specific terms, rates, and service details are outlined in individual service agreements with each client.

3. No Forced Dispatch

AGK Trans operates on a no-forced-dispatch model. Carriers retain full authority to accept or decline any load presented. AGK Trans acts solely as a dispatch service provider and does not employ drivers, own equipment, or exercise operational control over carrier operations.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers using AGK Trans dispatch services are responsible for:

Maintaining active operating authority with the FMCSA
Carrying appropriate insurance coverage as required by law
Ensuring all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards
Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
All operational decisions including load acceptance and routing

5. Limitation of Liability

AGK Trans provides dispatch services as an independent contractor. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from broker payment issues, load cancellations, equipment failures, accidents, or other operational matters outside our direct control. Our liability is limited to the dispatch fee for the specific load in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AGK Trans and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website, or interfere with any other party's use of the website.
